Barbecue short ribs recipe

• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 cup French dressing
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

How to make barbecue short ribs

• Brown meat.
• Put into baking dish and cover with onion slices.
• Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat.
• Pour over onions and meat.
• Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
